Anthony Galluzzo
Anthony leads all aspects of Southgate Real Estate Ventures and has 17+ years of experience in multifamily investments in acquisitions, lending, asset management, property management, and risk analysis. He has completed over 25 multifamily and mixed-used projects where he acted as the managing member and oversaw the execution of business plans that involved substantial property renovation.
The ability to identify mismanaged properties in growing markets and execute a renovation plan that extracts a high return on investment is Anthony’s primary focus and his skill. Anthony received his BS in Business Administration at the University of Buffalo and his MBA in Real Estate at the University of Florida.
Michael Voulgarakis
Michael oversees operations, capital raising, asset management and investor relations, deal sourcing, and underwriting. His prior professional roles include 17+ years of experience in asset management and underwriting for value-add and stabilized multifamily, retail, and office assets for national
owner / operators and lenders.
Michael received his BS in Business Administration at Southern Connecticut State University and his MS in Real Estate Finance at New York University.
