SREV acquires value-add properties on a “one-off” basis and re-positions each asset based on strategic renovation plan. Each potential acquisition is thoroughly evaluated and a customized renovation plan is pursued for the highest possible return on investment.
The ultimate goal for each venture is to capitalize on the growth of a region via repositioning mismanaged multi-family assets. Most of SREV's investments are held for a 2-5 year period to capture, not only the value added through repositioning, but the economic appreciation of expanding markets.
